HR Generalist--Professional Services Group
Professional Services Group and Community Impact Programs are leaders in the social service sector, providing a wide array of prevention and treatment services throughout Wisconsin. Our staff is well known for compassionate, quality service to community members at their most vulnerable times. We have expanded and reorganized our Human Resources team to provide support to our growing organization.
The HR generalist will provide support to business unit leaders and supervisors in recruiting, hiring, employee development, performance management and discipline. You'll also connect with our employees to answer questions, provide counsel and act as an advocate for them with the management team. Finally, you'll advise the management team on trends and initiatives to attract and retain the best social service professionals in the market.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience in an HR role that included recruiting and employee relations. A degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus, as is a PHR certification.
This full-time position is located our Kenosha office with some flexibility to work from other locations or your home office on occasion.
